Annual Document in Accordance with Article 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

In accordance with article 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act, that became effective on July 1, 2005, Krones AG, as a company listed on a German stock exchange, has to make publicly available an »Annual Document« at least once per year. This document shall contain or refer to all information which is of interest to the financial markets and which has been published by the company in the trailing twelve months.
