33 cans a second – empty can inspection with Cantronic

When canning lines are being run at a speed of up to 120,000 cans an hour, meaning 33 cans every single second, then it’s particularly important to ensure that the line’s efficiency is not impaired by halts attributable to deformed cans. Even at these high speeds, the Cantronic inspection system can be relied upon to monitor beverage and food cans of all kinds, assuring a perfect level of packing quality for the product involved.
As standard functions, the Cantronic detects the flange, the inner sidewall and the base. And any fallen-over cans are rejected.
