The VOC can filler – an evergreen among fillers

The Volumetic VOC can filler excels in terms of high filling accuracy, achieved by pre-dosing of the filling quantity in a dosing tank. This pre-dosing feature allows for high filling speeds – up to 120,000 cans per hour, depending on the filler size – as the filling process is not affected by product foaming or bubbling. The filled quantity can be adjusted, e.g., due to temperature-specific density changes, throughout the filler or in individual filling valves, even during the filling process. Another advantage, besides the high output, is, among other things, the quick changeover of the system: product and can are changed in the control system and therefore, conversions at the filling valve are not required.
