Bottle washer for glacier-blue mineral water bottles

It´s not that the colour of a bottle really matters in the process of cleaning returnable bottles… Every bottle comes out of the Krones bottle washer sparkling clean and in new splendor.
The Tyrolean company Privatquelle Gruber, Brixlegg, Austria, relies on a Krones Lavatec KES for processing their returnable bottles. The bottler of the Montes mineral water from deep under the Tyrolean Alps presents the beverage to the market in glacier-blue, club-shaped bottles with a filling volume of 250 ml and 750 ml.
So every washing cycle has to restore the high gloss that evokes the impression of a glacier, while treating the exclusive club-shaped bottles with appropriate care. Pressureless handling of the bottles in the infeed and discharge is the basis for an optimal process flow as well as for safe and gentle transport of the bottles through the washer.
The Lavatec KES is a compact single-end machine which can be designed for an output range of 15,000 to 120,000 bottles an hour: With two to three pre-treatment steps, a main caustic bath as well as caustic spraying and five post-treatment steps, it guarantees effective cleaning of the bottles. Residual draining and a pre-caustic immersion bath can be integrated as optional extras.
