Bottling lines for sauce production

When building a “Soy Sauce City” in Gaoming, Foshan Haitian has integrated bottling lines from Krones in its various sauce production lines. Foshan Haitian makes more than 200 different products: soy sauces, vinegar, pastes and many other condiments.
For hot-filling oyster sauce in glass bottles, China’s biggest producer of sauces in Gaoming has since 2006 been using a rinser-filler monobloc featuring a weighing filler rated at 24,000 bottles an hour. The Variojet twin-channel rinser uses hot water and sterile steam as rinsing media, and the Sensometic VPGW filler has been optimised for the Chinese market. At the same time, the filler was designed with a gable-type tabletop and, for example, with a cleanroom enclosure for the hygienically optimised EHF process (enhanced hygienic filling). The filler system is rounded off by an integrated rotary capper for handling vacuum closures. The condiment bottles are perfectly dressed by a Starmatic labeller in a wrap-around body label plus, with a Garantomat applying a sleeve label as a tamper-evident seal.
Since 2008, Foshan Haitian has been channelling substantial investment into its PET bottling lines: three lines for soy sauce in 1.9-litre PET containers, each rated at 12.000 containers an hour, have already been installed. The PET lines, likewise feature a rinser-filler monobloc with a Variojet twin-channel rinser and a Sensometic VPGW weighing filler. The PET containers are dressed by a Contiroll labeller, with label positioning monitored by a Checkmat. The containers are packed in a tray shrink-wrapper and then stacked on pallets by a Modulpal palletiser.
