Qualified machine operators for beverage production operations

Transparency and practical verification of your machine operators’ overall performance in your beverage production operation – that’s the result of an assessment from the Krones Academy. Experienced instructors assess the working procedures and performance of your machine operators, rating compliance with procedural specifications, mastery of the machine and achievement of high efficiency levels in operation, and in halting the machine for change-overs.
Within two to four hours, they arrive at an assessment of the theoretical knowledge and practical capabilities of each operator at the machine in normal production operations.
By scheduling an assessment about six months after the training course, you can verify how efficiently your staff are applying and putting into practice what they have learned. The assessment can also be used as a basis when further training or skilling for machine operators is required for your beverage production operation.
